Classes meet twice weekly with sessions lasting three hours each. We offer both evening sessions starting at 7:00 PM and weekend classes on Saturdays. Our hybrid model includes in-person instruction at our Somerset location and live online sessions for flexibility. All sessions are recorded for review. Between classes, you'll complete coding assignments, work on projects, and have access to mentors through our online learning platform. The total time commitment averages 15-20 hours per week including class time.

You'll need a laptop with at least 8GB RAM and 20GB free disk space. Windows, macOS, and Linux are all supported. All software we use is free and open-source, including Python itself, Visual Studio Code, and various development tools. We provide detailed setup instructions before your first class. For in-person sessions at our Somerset facility, we have computer labs available if you prefer not to bring your own device. Internet connection is required for online sessions and accessing course materials.

You may withdraw within the first two weeks of the program for a full refund minus a $200 SGD administrative fee. After the two-week period and before 50% course completion, you may receive a prorated refund based on remaining class sessions. No refunds are provided after 50% course completion. If you need to pause your studies due to personal circumstances, we offer a one-time deferral to a future cohort within 12 months. Medical or emergency situations are evaluated individually. Payment plans are available to split tuition across the course duration.

Yes, upon successfully completing all coursework, projects, and assessments, you'll receive a pymastostea Course Completion Certificate. This certificate indicates your proficiency level and the specific technologies covered. While our certificates are recognized by many Singapore employers familiar with our program, they are educational certificates rather than professional certifications. We focus on building practical skills and portfolio projects that demonstrate your capabilities to potential employers, which often carry more weight than certificates alone in technical hiring.
